Through the contact form and the calculator: name, email, company, project type, budget, deadline, project description, chosen configuration.

Automatically, when you send the form and use the site: your IP address and technical data from your browser (see "IP address and anti-spam protection").

To answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

The tick box of the form confirms that you have read this policy. It is required to send the message, but it is not consent under art. 6.1.a: the processing rests on pre-contractual measures.

Protecting the form against abuse (anti-spam, limiting the number of submissions): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare's script is loaded only when you start using the form (a click or typing in a field), not when the page is displayed. Cloudflare then processes your IP address and data from your browser to check that you are not a robot.

Your IP address is used to limit the number of submissions. In our database (Upstash) it is kept only as an encrypted fingerprint (hash), for 24 hours at most. It is also passed to Cloudflare for the Turnstile check and appears in the technical logs of the host, Vercel.

If you use the SEO audit demo, the website address you type is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API (Google LLC, United States) to be analysed. It is neither stored nor logged; only a temporary 10-minute cache keeps it in memory.

Only walixway. Technical providers:

Vercel (hosting and audience measurement); Resend (sending emails: the emails sent are kept by this provider under its own policy); Cloudflare (Turnstile); Upstash (limiting submissions: fingerprints of IP addresses; and, only if sending your message fails, a copy of your request kept for 30 days so that it is not lost); Google (PageSpeed Insights API, SEO demo).

Prospects: 3 years from the last contact.

Clients: the term of the contract, then 5 years.

Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (accounting obligation).

IP fingerprints for limiting submissions: 24 hours at most. Request kept after a sending failure: 30 days.

Audience measurement: Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights (site speed), without cookies, without identifying personal data and without storing anything in your browser. Legal basis: legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR) in knowing the traffic and the speed of the site. We also count a few actions, with no personal data: sending a brief (with the project type chosen and the language of the site), a click on Telegram, WhatsApp or Instagram (with the channel and the place on the page) and sending the calculator configuration to the form (with the project type). Your name, your email and the content of your message are never passed to these tools. The site itself sets no cookies.

You can object to this measurement at any time with the button below: the choice is remembered in your browser (local storage) and the measurement is switched off on this device.
